White goods (fridge, stove, dishwasher, laundry appliances) cannot be moved by our team and need to be removed before installation.
-
Absolutely. We can remove and dispose of existing flooring for a fee.
Some clients prefer to remove and dispose of any existing flooring before engaging our services, but bear in mind some removals can damage the subfloor if you don’t know what you are doing, which may require correction for the best outcome. Best to leave it to the professionals!
Any removals of a hazardous nature will need to be undertaken by an appropriate service. We can advise if and when this is necessary.

We offer several options to suit your project:
Engineered timber is crafted for durability, using advanced technology to ensure a long-lasting surface that can withstand everyday wear and tear. Our engineered timber has a European Oak veneer, offering a timeless finish that won’t break the bank.
Hybrid flooring utilises a revolutionary core to provide exceptional protection against moisture, while maintaining all the benefits of a more traditional laminate board. Because hybrid flooring can also be laid over many types of subfloor, installation can be more straightforward, saving you money. Our waterproof products can offer an unparalleled finish to wet areas, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
Our laminate solutions are an ideal choice for homes with pets and children, given their resistance to staining, spills, and general wear and tear. We have sourced a beautiful supply of laminate options that are sure to please with their impressive oak-appearance finishes including wood grain embossing details.
Vinyl flooring is a cost-effective solution with the highest resistance to water exposure. An excellent choice for bathrooms and laundry areas, our vinyl solutions are selected for their modern finishes, so you you don’t compromise on the style of your space.

If your floors are able to be sanded back and refinished, absolutely!
Depending on the state of the floorboards and any existing damage, we can generally complete works of this type. Reach out for a quote to ensure this solution is right for your space.
-
An immaculate finish requires a level subfloor.
Our technicians will ensure your floor is prepared for installation by assessing the subfloor thoroughly and leveling where needed. This will ensure the longevity of your floor as well as protecting your warranty.
In some cases, the floor may already be within suitable tolerance, but this will need to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
-
Most hard flooring installations are completed within 1-3 days, depending on the existing subfloor and preparation, the size of the space, and the flooring type chosen. We can give a better idea of timeframes upon visiting the property in-person.
Any projects requiring a sand and refinish will take up to a week, to allow for appropriate drying time.

When choosing a carpet, many factors can contribute to your decision.
Generally, people looking for new carpet are looking for something that provides comfort, matches the aesthetic of the space, provides some level of sound management.
Depending on your budget, the price point of your sale or rental, and whether the property has any compliance requirements, our expert team can help you decide on a solution that is perfect for your needs.
-
If your carpet has a small section of damage, it can feel like overkill to replace the whole thing.
Can we replace only a small section? Only in very limited circumstances. The wear of the surrounding carpet, whether you have spare (or we can source the same) carpet, and any striations or nap to the carpet will all influence whether we can patch a damaged area of carpet. At the end of the day, we want your carpet to have a cohesive finish that would suit any prospective tenants or buyers. Where we cannot recommend a patch, we will let you know.
-
Where the subfloor is particularly in need, we may recommend leveling the surface, particularly where any damage has occurred.
In all cases, we would recommend the installation of a quality underlay. Underlay can provide added comfort, prolong the life of your carpet, and provide additional sound management (particularly in apartments).
-
Depending on the state of the existing floor, as well as the size of the space, carpeting can generally be completed in one day.
If we expect installation to take longer, we will let you know as soon as possible.
